New Billing Menu for Business Users

Business users now have a billing menu to see their subscriptions and payments.
They have sections for Active, Cancelled, Previous and Payment history
They can see the status of their subscriptions and payments
They can access the billing stripe portal for subscriptions where they can stop or resume their subscriptions
The stripe webhook now keep track of cancel_at date and display it in the UI.
A new billing menu item in the dropdown
The Header menu dropdown focus color now uses your button color
Cancelling Soon subscriptions will appear and be highlighted in red with a green button to resume
